We’re a husband-and-wife design-build team based in Mount Albert, serving homeowners throughout East Gwillimbury, Newmarket, Uxbridge, and surrounding York Region.
Our renovation and business journey began with transforming our own century home and has since grown into helping others reimagine theirs. As long-time residents of Mount Albert, we adore rural living close to the city and Lake Simcoe and we bring that same love of place, creativity and craftsmanship into every one of our clients’ homes.

She co-manages each project alongside Todd, while also overseeing product sourcing and purchasing to keep everything aligned with your vision — from concept to completion.

Todd leads and performs the hands-on construction work, liaising with trusted trades and working closely with Sandra to ensure every build detail meets their shared high standards. With over 20 years of building experience, he helps keep your renovation running smoothly from start to finish.
