Ways to renovate with us
Full Service Design Renovation
We lead your renovation from start to finish with design, selections, procurement of all products (not including appliances), coordination and full execution of the project.Hybrid Guided Renovation
We design, execute and manage the project, while you may supply select elements like sinks, faucets, tile. Cabinetry and all countertop materials are supplied by Hardrock Home.Renovation Only for Smaller Projects
You supply finish products we approve prior for installation suitability. We execute the project.Please note that kitchens, bathrooms or other millwork projects requiring designs such as built-ins falls under Full Service Renovation or Hybrid Guided Renovation options.

Full service renovations

Our full-service approach includes custom 2D design boards and 3D renderings, complete project management, and product sourcing and supply of all products to complete your renovation, through our trusted network of vendors. All of it is brought directly to you in your home, saving you time and eliminating the frustration of managing it alone.

Room design
Our Room Design service is ideal for homeowners who want to update and elevate their space without a full renovation. This service provides clear design direction, layout refinement where needed and paint colour, finish and furnishings selection.

We prepare a clear estimate range and outline the next steps for your project. When you’re ready to move forward, we formalize the details and schedule your project.

We create and finalize all design details and pricing.

Yes!
When you work with us, you benefit from consistent progress, clear communication, and a team that is fully dedicated to your project once construction starts until the final day of completion.
This means that decisions are made faster, issues are addressed as they come up because we are the ones always present on your renovation and your project does not compete with multiple job sites for time or resources.

Designs for Kitchens and Bathrooms are an estimated time of one month once we start working with you.
Cabinetry orders can take anywhere from 3 to 10+ weeks and installation varies depending on your project type and details.
Installation timeline is provided once we are working together and all details about your project and designs are confirmed. That said, average typical kitchen installations are 4-8 weeks, bathrooms 3-5 weeks and basements 8-12 weeks.

Cabinetry, countertops and other products are among the most time consuming and complex parts of a renovation, with a wide range of options and quality levels.
As an NKBA diploma trained kitchen designer with 18 years of experience running a kitchen department, we guide you toward the right choices for your investment and design goals, working with trusted vendors who offer quality products.
By supplying these products, we can coordinate delivery with our licensed trades, helping you avoid delays, conflicts, and costly rework during construction while keeping your project moving forward smoothly.

Absolutely! We stand behind our work with a 1 year warranty on workmanship. Products come with their respective manufacturer warranties where applicable.
