Full Service Design Renovation
We lead your renovation from start to finish with design, selections, procurement of all products (not including appliances), coordination and full execution of the project with one point of accountabiity.

Hybrid Guided Renovation
We design, execute and manage the project, while you choose to supply select elements like fixtures, finishes or décor and appliances. This path involves more client responsibility and is priced accordingly.

Renovation Only
You supply products we approve prior for installation suitability We provide layout drawings where applicable, and execute the project. This option is priced differently and carries greater client responsibility.

Please note that kitchens, or other millwork projects requiring designs such as built-ins falls under Full Service Design Renovation or Hybrid Guided Renovation options.

Our Home Refresh service is ideal for homeowners who want to update and elevate their space without a full renovation. This service provides clear design direction, layout refinement where needed and paint colour, finish and furnishings selection. When suitable, we can incorporate select existing pieces that support the overall design direction and function of the space.

Our Home Refresh Design allows you to move forward at your own pace, purchasing and installing elements as timing and budget allow while working from a unified design vision that suits your home, your style and how you live.
